Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping Policies
- Orders are shipped on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
- We strive to ship within 24-hours of order placed, but please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Depending on your location, please expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days from the date your order was placed.
- Orders designated to ship Overnight or Second Day will ship on the same day if the order is placed by 12:00 p.m. (P.S.T.) Otherwise, they will ship the following business day.
- We use all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Customers cannot specify the carrier of their choice.
- Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Return Policy
Unworn/unused items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the day you receive your package. A return slip will be included in your order. If you'd like to return an item a filled out return slip is required in the package shipped back to Bayabelle.
Returns not available for SALE/CLEARANCE (ending in .99) items.
Returns to Store
- If you are in the Placer county area you may return your item to our boutique. Your refund will be processed within 7 days to the original card used for your online purchase.
- Direct exchange between online purchases and in store items will not be possible.
Gifts
- Please note: The policy above also applies to GIFTS purchased via our website. Returned gifts can only be credited back to the original card used to purchase the item online.
- Returns/exchanges at the store will not be possible.
