Shipping Policies

  • Orders are shipped on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. 
  • We strive to ship within 24-hours of order placed, but please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Depending on your location, please expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days from the date your order was placed. 
  • Orders designated to ship Overnight or Second Day will ship on the same day if the order is placed by 12:00 p.m. (P.S.T.) Otherwise, they will ship the following business day. 
  • We use all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Customers cannot specify the carrier of their choice. 
  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Return Policy

Unworn/unused items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the day you receive your package. A return slip will be included in your order. If you'd like to return an item a filled out return slip is required in the package shipped back to Bayabelle.

Returns not available for SALE/CLEARANCE items.

Returns that do not meet these guild lines will be shipped back/returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Returns to Store

If you are in the Placer county area you may return your item to our boutique. Your refund will be processed within 7 days to the original card used to place your online order.
Direct exchange between online purchases and in store items will not be possible.
